Join the LXI Consortium
The LXI Consortium is a not-for-profit corporation initially established by Agilent Technologies and VXI Technology, Inc. Its primary purpose is to promote the development and adoption of the LXI Standard, an open, accessible standard identifying specifications and solutions relating to the functional test, measurement and data acquisition industry.
The Consortium is open to all test and measurement companies, and participation by industry professionals, systems integrators, and government representatives is also highly encouraged. Membership will fall into four levels, similar to most consortia and initial dues were set to ensure we cover start-up costs (legal, marketing, administration); we will review dues as we move to a steady-state budget.
Initial dues are:
- $20k for Strategic Member (Board membership and voting privileges)
- $5k for Participating Member (technical voting privileges)
- $5k for Advisory Member (technical participant, no voting)
- $2500 for Informational Member

How to join the LXI Consortium
1. Review the information on the LXI website, including the membership application and the LXI By-Laws.
2. Download and print the LXI Membership Application from the link on this page.
3. Fill in the application: name and address of the company applying, business and technical contacts, class of membership (Strategic, Participating, Advisory, or Informational).
4. Sign the application and mail or fax to the LXI Consortium corporate office:
