Fall Foliage Forecast: 

For those planning to extend their stay for a foliage trip, my recommendation is that they stay after the meeting (don’t come in early).  Currently, foliage predictions are that the peak will be slightly north of Boston on the weekend of October 13 and 14.  Here’s a foliage forecast for this year.

Tuesday Dinner Invitation from MathWorks:

You are cordially invited to attend dinner on Tuesday evening, October 9th at nearby Legal Seafood, a Boston classic. MathWorks will be hosting.  All IVI and LXI meeting attendees are invited to join us. Spouses are welcome!

"Logan Express stops at all the terminals at Logan at the baggage claim level (downstairs) about every 30 minutes. You want the Red Logan Express bus to Framingham. You don't have to prepay, they will take your money at the end of the trip. $12 one way, $22 round trip. Just get on. If the bus isn't super full, they will call the hotel for you, and the hotel shuttle should be at the depot to meet you. Otherwise, it's only 5 minutes away when you get there."
